Ann-Marie is a registered psychologist who brings warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to understanding each person's unique story. With extensive experience in trauma-informed care, she creates a therapeutic space that feels both safe and gently challenging.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we honour the whole person — not just symptoms, but the complex interplay of mind, body, relationships, and lived experience. She draws on evidence-based modalities while remaining curious about the subtle dimensions of human experience — intuition, consciousness, and the inner wisdom that arises from reflection — tailoring each session to what feels right for you.

Outside of her work, Ann-Marie enjoys meditation, time in nature, writing, and cultivating a life that balances reflection, growth, and purposeful action.
