Medicare & Mental Health Care Plans
Medicare Rebates
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95 on up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
A current referral and MHCP are required to access the rebate and will be applied after your session fee is paid in full. We recommend speaking with your GP about whether a MHCP is appropriate for you.
Private Health Insurance
You may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurance, depending on your level of extras cover. Please check directly with your provider.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to allow the time to be offered to someone else who may be waiting.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
